面具

喜欢收看星期天的Japan Hour,在节目开始部分都会介绍日本各地的风光,有风光明媚的城镇、小镇里的火车、主题公园等等;吃和泡温泉的那部分,来来去去都一样,已经没什么感觉了。

上个星期的节目,介绍在一个小镇,有位师傅如何制作精致的日本“能”剧面具,给我留下印象。我不会日文,肯定不会欣赏“能”剧,不过,相信“能”剧演员戴上了这么精致的面具,对于演出一定有所帮助。

其实,在生活周围,我们不难发现一些常带着面具的人,只是,他们的演技有待提升,因为即使戴了面具,并没有为他加分,很快就被人识破他的虚假,对于这种plastic,我是很不屑的。

In life/society, sometime people really need to act...it is especially so in Northern China=Beijing, Taiwan and Japan...

Its plastic but no choice, thats life.

PS: Honestly speaking, I hate this "plastic" too thats why we are both similar...very straight forward personality.. ha ha ha : 6

Japan is a wonderful and interesting place, I don't mind going there every year.

So many people wear masks all the time - to get things done, to project certain image, to protect oneself, or to hide insecurities, etc. Yes, sad but true, especially at work?

Hopefully (and thankfully), we can be ourselves in front of friends.
